The league's opening ceremonies will be held on Saturday, March 21st beginning at 10:00 AM at Carysbrook Field. Both individual player and team pictures will be taken by Fluvanna Sports Photography on this day. All players and coaches should be dressed in their complete uniform for opening ceremonies and pictures.

Player evaluations will take place on February 22nd at Fork Union Military Academy's Estes Athletic Center. The Estes Athletic Center can be accessed through the Arbor Lane entrance of FUMA's campus. Evaluations will be conducted for the Rookie and Minor league divisions.
